Andy was appointed Director of the Empire State Trail in May, 2017.  He is responsible for overseeing Governor Cuomo’s initiative to develop a 750-mile bicycling and pedestrian trail from NYC to Canada and Buffalo to Albany.  Andy served as the Executive Deputy Commissioner for NY State Parks from 2007 to 2017.
