Founder

 Kecia McCullough is a lifelong resident of the city of Rochester, NY. She is the mother of three adult children, grandmother to one granddaughter, and the oldest of 13 siblings.Kecia is an enthusiastic Community Activist and Advocate; empowering, inspiring, and promoting happiness, emotional and physical wellness, and unity among families and women.   

Kecia founded Black Girls Do Bike:Rochester (2016), the Rochester chapter of a national initiative established in 2014 to create a comfortable space where seasoned and new female cyclist can support one another, organize rides and promote skill sharing. Kecia is also the founder of Women's Lifting Women (WLW): an exclusively women’s Facebook group. WLW is a free virtual support group for the 'everyday' woman: a positive and safe space for all women to encourage and lift each other in the spirit of compassion, kindness and love...It's a Women's movement!

Kecia founded Related by Love, by Miss Kecia, MSW: a business that seeks to highlight positive in-law (in-love) family relationships.

Kecia holds a Master's degree in Social Work, and has over 20 years’ experience in helping people as an agent of change. She is currently working as a Mobile Crisis Intervention Specialist and Recovery Care Manager (referral resource and positive sober support) for individuals in recovery. She is also credentialed by the State of New York as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). 

Kecia is a lover of ice cream, bicycles, and all things purple! ... lol
